Description of Services
We provide an array of services including Payment management, Invoicing, Reporting tool, Customer Ledger and so on to serve as a complete business finance management software ("Service" or "Services"). The User may use the Services for his/her personal and business use or for internal business purpose in the organisation that he/she represent. The User may download the application from the Official website/ Google Play Store using the Internet. ( Side Note: PaperDRS tries its best to make Businesses compliant to taxation and other laws as much as possible. But, it is solely the User’s responsibility to see that he/she remains compliant with GST and other laws levied by Government. PaperDRS is not in any case responsible for the violation of the compliance caused by software)
Business Data and Privacy
The User alone is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username, password and other sensitive information. He/She is responsible for all activities that occur in his/her user account and he/she agrees to inform your Admin User and our company immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to his/her or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorised access and/or use of his/her user account, or otherwise. We are neither responsible for any kind of data loss as performing necessary backups on data is solely the User’s responsibility. PaperDRS is not responsible for any kind of data discrepancy or any type of loss occurred due to data discrepancy/software issue.
Data Ownership
The User owns the content created or stored by his/her as we respect his/her right to ownership of content created or stored by them. The Users use of the Services does grant PaperDRS the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by them or stored in the user’s account for PaperDRS internal purpose. PaperDRS tries keeping Users data safe but holds zero responsibility in case of data leaks
Permissions
Camera: To take the picture of the Outlets, Payment Details etc to be attached with transactions
Storage: This app collects metadata of files on your device like file names, types, created times, last updated times for smooth platform service
Location: This app collects location details to verify your location & current address, to ensure serviceability and to identify unusual activity to prevent against any fraud, we do not collect location when app is in background.
Permissions Usage:
Camera: We require the camera information permission to capture images of closed outlets reported by the user for Admin User Service. Payment details given by the customer e.g. Cheque Images or UPI Payment Screenshots are captured as payment supporting as required by Admin User user.
Storage: We require storage permission so that your Data and other relevant documents can be securely downloaded and saved on your phone.
Location: We require location to provide you Route Travelled Map and provide added security and control to your app transactions registration.
Accessing and updating personal information
When Users use the Site (or any of its sub sites) / App, we make good faith efforts to provide Users, as and when requested by Users, with access to their Information and shall further ensure that any personal information or sensitive personal data or other Information found to be inaccurate or deficient shall be corrected or amended as feasible, subject to any requirement for such personal Information or sensitive personal data or Information to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual Users to identify themselves and the Information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardise the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning Information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case, where we provide Information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Because of the way we maintain certain services, after you delete your Information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
Information storage and backup
From time to time, we take backup of your data on Paperdrs App on our cloud database. This is done for the purpose of enabling Users to get their data back in case their phone's data becomes unusable, or phone gets lost, or the User moves to a new phone device. We shall keep User’s Information in our records till the period of time where we can potentially offer the Paperdrs App Services to the Users. After such period of time where Paperdrs App Services are no more relevant to a User, we remove all the Information pertaining to a particular User from our records.
Information security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of data including accidental or intentional manipulation, loss from access by unauthorised parties. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorised access to systems where we store personal data. All Information gathered on the Paperdrs App is securely stored within the controlled database. Access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited.
Our security measures are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect technological developments. Regardless of where your personal information is transferred or stored, we take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that personal information is kept secure, however, please understand that no transmission of data over the internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% (one hundred percent) secure.
We seek to ensure compliance with the requirements of the applicable data protection laws to ensure the protection and preservation of the User’s privacy and personal Information. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with the laws prevalent in specific jurisdiction to protect User’s Personal Information. Approval of Alerts, Messages and Promotional campaign
In addition to the General Conditions of PaperDRS service a User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
(i) The User agrees to receive promotional, transactional and commercial communications from PaperDRS through calls, email, SMS or push notifications.
(ii) Under certain conditions, promotional messages are transmitted to the users and that PaperDRS shall not bear any further obligation in respect of such promotional messages.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
1. If the Refund request is reported to us through email/website within 7 days of purchase and we will give you 100% money back.
2. The refund request should be raised via email or website.
3. Refund policies will be applicable only for purchases equal to or more than 1 year.
